I’m currently acting as Patron of Reading of Brechin High School in Angus, to encourage the pupils to read and write for pleasure. The school runs lots of great literacy projects through the English department and Library Learning Hub, including their Prêt à lire reading scheme, where students can earn points for reading more complex books, and earn a chance for a flight in a light aircraft!
